Stop guessing what to fix first.

The CEO Clarity Session™ is a focused 90-minute strategic working session for founders who need experienced perspective on a defined business challenge, decision or opportunity.

You bring the situation.  I bring strategic questions, systems thinking and practical recommendations to help you understand what may be happening, evaluate your options and determine the smartest next move.

Investment: $497.

You've built the thing.
It's just not working the way it should.

Maybe the offer is solid, but the way you’re delivering it feels clunky.

Maybe your systems are disconnected.

Maybe you’re trying to decide whether to change platforms, hire support, automate something or restructure the way your business works.

Maybe you’re staring at three possible directions and aren’t sure which one makes the most sense.

Or maybe you simply need an experienced outside perspective before making your next move.

You don’t always need a full engagement.

Sometimes you need focused thinking, a strategic conversation and enough clarity to move forward.

That’s what the CEO Clarity Session is for.

WHEN A CLARITY SESSION MAKES SENSE

This is for the decision, challenge or question you need help thinking through now.

A Clarity Session may be a good fit if:

YOU’RE DECIDING BETWEEN TWO DIRECTIONS

You have options, but you’re not sure which path makes the most strategic sense.

YOU NEED AN OUTSIDE PERSPECTIVE

You’re too close to the situation and want experienced, objective thinking before making a decision.

YOU’RE CONSIDERING A NEW TOOL, HIRE OR INVESTMENT

You want to think through whether the investment actually solves the problem you are trying to address.

YOU’RE WORKING THROUGH AN OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE

Something in the customer journey, delivery process, team structure or workflow isn’t working as well as it should.

YOU’RE BUILDING OR RESTRUCTURING AN OFFER

You need help thinking through the structure, customer experience, delivery model or operational requirements.

YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO FOCUS ON NEXT

There are several things competing for your attention and you need help deciding what deserves priority.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE SESSION

Examples include:

  • Offer structure

  • Program or membership design

  • Customer journey questions

  • Technology decisions

  • CRM or workflow questions

  • Automation and AI decisions

  • Team ownership and handoffs

  • Hiring or outsourcing decisions

  • Client onboarding or delivery challenges

  • Business model adjustments

  • Operational bottlenecks

  • Revenue-related decisions

  • Prioritization

  • A specific business decision you need help making

If the question can benefit from strategic perspective and focused problem-solving, we can likely use the session to work through it.

What's Included

What happens in your session

This isn’t a discovery call. It’s not a consultation that ends with “here’s my proposal.” It’s a working session where you leave with answers.

PRE-SESSION STRATEGY INTAKE

Before we meet, you'll complete a focused intake form so I understand the situation, relevant context and the question or decision you want to work through. This allows us to spend the session thinking, not gathering basic information.

90-MINUTE STRATEGIC WORKING SESSION

We'll use the session to explore the issue, challenge assumptions, evaluate options and identify what may be contributing to the situation. We may uncover root causes or related issues along the way, but this is not a full investigation of the business.

CLARITY & NEXT STEPS

We'll identify the most sensible next move based on what we worked through together. You'll leave with greater clarity about what to do, what not to do and what deserves your attention next.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A focused strategy session with practical direction.

90-MINUTE PRIVATE SESSION

Dedicated time to think through your specific business question, challenge or decision.

STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE

An experienced outside view to help you see options, risks, tradeoffs and considerations you may be too close to recognize.

PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Clear recommendations based on the situation we discuss and the information available during the session.

CLARITY & NEXT STEPS SUMMARY

A concise written recap of the key decisions, recommendations and immediate next steps from our conversation.

SESSION RECORDING

A recording of the session so you can revisit the conversation and share relevant insights with your team if needed.

THE RESULT

Clearer thinking. Better decisions. A more confident next move.

You may not leave with every question in the business answered.

That isn’t the purpose of the session.

You will leave with greater clarity around the issue you brought in, a stronger understanding of your options and practical direction for what to do next.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

The CEO Clarity Session is not:

  • A full business audit

  • A Revenue & Operations Diagnostic

  • An in-depth systems review

  • A complete business strategy

  • A 90-day operational roadmap

  • Implementation support

  • Ongoing advisory

  • A substitute for a deeper engagement when the issue requires investigation

This is a focused strategic working session designed to help you think through a defined situation and make a better decision.

CLARITY SESSION OR DIAGNOSTIC?

The difference is not necessarily how many problems you’re experiencing.

A single visible challenge can have several underlying causes.

The real question is how much investigation is needed to understand it.

CEO CLARITY SESSION

Best when you have a defined business question, challenge or decision and need strategic perspective to help you think it through.

We work with the information already available and use the session to clarify what may be happening, evaluate your options and determine your next move.

Think:
“Help me think through this.”

REVENUE & OPERATIONS DIAGNOSTIC

Best when the answer isn’t clear without looking deeper.

The Diagnostic is an approximately 30-day strategic engagement that may include business assessment, systems and process review, stakeholder input, working sessions, analysis and formal recommendations.

Think:
“Help me investigate this.”

If the issue you bring to a Clarity Session turns out to require deeper investigation, I’ll tell you.

Meet Your Guide

The fact that you're here tells me something.

I’m Tiffany, a Business Systems Advisor who works with founders at exactly this point. The point where the business is real, the effort is real, but something underneath isn’t working the way it should.

I spent years inside high-volume law firms and the labor and employment division at Coca-Cola, environments where the order of operations was not optional.

Then I spent years inside founder-led businesses watching the same pattern repeat: capable founders building too much, too fast, without the structure to hold it.

That’s what led me here. Not coaching. Not implementation. Strategic advisory: helping founders see what’s actually happening and decide what needs to change before anything else gets built.

Success Stories

Real stories. Real transformation.

These testimonials reflect the breakthroughs, confidence, and momentum our clients experienced after working together. Their journeys show what’s possible when you have the right guidance and support.

Questions

Before you book

No.

The session is the product.

You’ll leave with clearer thinking, practical recommendations, and defined next steps based on the specific challenge, decision, or opportunity we work through together.

If our conversation reveals that the issue requires deeper investigation or additional support, I’ll tell you.

There is no built-in pitch or obligation to continue working together.

That’s fine.

Sometimes the value of the session is confirming your thinking, pressure-testing your options, or deciding what to do next.

We’ll use the time to look at the situation from a strategic perspective and make sure your next move makes sense before you invest more time, money, or energy.

That can happen.

If the issue cannot be responsibly understood or solved within a focused strategy session, I’ll tell you.

You may decide to pursue a deeper diagnostic, implementation support, advisory, or another solution entirely.

The goal of the session is not to force a problem into 90 minutes. It is to help you understand your best next move.

Sessions are typically available within 5 to 7 business days of booking.

After payment, you’ll receive your Pre-Session Strategy Intake. Once that is complete, you’ll be able to schedule your session.

This session is best suited to business owners who have enough real-world activity to bring a meaningful business question to the table.

You may be established, growing, restructuring, restarting, or building something new from existing expertise.

If you’re still at the idea stage with no offer, audience, customers, or meaningful market feedback yet, this is probably not the right fit.

You’ll complete a short Pre-Session Strategy Intake before we meet.

It should give me enough context to understand what we’re working through without turning the session into an extensive pre-work exercise.

If there is a specific document, workflow, page, tool, or other item that would be useful for me to see, you’ll have an opportunity to share it.

Clarity is 90 minutes away.

Stop circling the same question. Bring the challenge, decision, or opportunity you’re working through, and leave with clearer thinking, practical direction, and a stronger next move.
